Abstract/Summary:
In recent years,the personal account manager system has been widely used by commercial banks as a management method.The construction of a high-quality personal account manager team will help to improve the bank's customer service level and the achievement of established strategic goals.Commercial banks generally use performance assessment methods to manage and evaluate the performance of personal account managers.As far as C Bank Suzhou Branch is concerned,although it has gotten some achievements and experience since the implementation of personal account manager performance evaluation system.With the rapid development of banks,the current performance evaluation system can no longer meet the requirements,and reasonable optimization and improvement are needed.This thesis takes the performance assessment of personal account managers in C Bank Suzhou Branch as the research object,and analyzes the personal account manager team and current evaluation situation of personal customer managers,including the current evaluation contents,procedure and indicators.Then through the combination of questionnaire survey and personal interview,it find out the problems and deficiencies in the performance evaluation of current personal account managers,and analyze the causes of the problems.Next,in combination with the foregoing discussion,it established the objectives and principles for the improvement of the performance evaluation system of personal account managers in C Bank Suzhou Branch,and optimized the improvement measures of the performance evaluation system from different levels and perspectives.The main contents include the improving the assessment scheme,detailing assessment process,optimizing assessment index,adopting an integrated approach,increasing corresponding proportion,implementing the rating assessment and strengthening the application of results.It optimizes and supplements the original assessment system.Finally,in order to ensure the smooth implementation of the improvement measures for personal account manager performance evaluation system,it provides a series of supportive safeguard measures,including conceptual assurance,management assurance,education assurance and technical assurance.
