Huaxia Bank is a representative national commercial bank with strong influence across the country.XX Branch is its subsidiary in XX city.At present,it is unreasonable to evaluate the performance of its retail business account manager,and there are some problems with the evaluation system,target management and process management,which can not perform the incentive role of evaluation.Therefore,this paper studies the performance appraisal optimization of customer managers in retail business of XX Branch of Huaxia Bank,hoping to put forward effective countermeasures for the optimization of performance appraisal.In this paper,we adopt the literature search,survey,and analytical hierarchy process methods to deeply analyze the performance evaluation of retail firm managers in XX Branch of Huaxia Bank.First,it analyzed the development status and performance appraisal status of XX Branch of Huaxia Bank,and then analyzed the performance appraisal status of retail business customer managers of XX Branch of Huaxia Bank,mainly including the development history of retail business customer managers’ performance appraisal of XX Branch of Huaxia Bank,the performance appraisal index system of retail business customer managers,the incentive and performance appraisal of retail business customer managers,and so on,in order to fully understand the current state of bank performance evaluation.Then,on the basis of the interview and questionnaire survey in terms of the current state of the bank’s assessment of the performance of retail business customer managers,it was found that the performance appraisal indicators of retail business customer managers were separated from the bank strategy,the performance appraisal indicators of retail business customer managers were unscientific,and the performance appraisal indicators were not comprehensive enough.On this basis,the paper puts forward the optimization measures for the performance appraisal of the retail business customer manager of XX Branch of Huaxia Bank.First,the principles and ideas of performance appraisal optimization are clarified,and then the specific measures for the optimization of performance appraisal of retail business customer managers are proposed,primarily including strengthening the system’s transmission of employee performance appraisal,optimising the performance appraisal cycle,designing customer assessment indicators for retail firms based on KPI,and using the analytic hierarchy process to determine the weights of some indicators.Finally,the paper puts forward the guarantee measures to optimize the performance appraisal of the retail business customer manager of XX Branch of Huaxia Bank.Propose system measures,management measures,personnel measures and other safeguard measures.By optimizing the performance management system of retail business customer managers of XX Branch of Huaxia Bank,we helped Huaxia Bank to effectively motivate the retail business customer manager team,build a high branch retail business customer manager team,deal with the fierce market competition,help the bank’s efficient and optimized performance appraisal system,and improve the bank’s human resource management ability,It is of great significance to enhance core competitiveness and maintain sustainable development.
