In the 1990 s,the securities market of China come into being,along with securities brokerage business established.After more than 20 years of development,the securities market has undergone a series of changes.With the emergence of Internet-based Finance in 2013,the development of securities brokerage business has changed completely.The decline in the commission rate has led to a rapid decline in the profit of brokerage business,and the era of brokerage,which mainly relies on commission as income,has gone away.S securities company is the first comprehensive securities company approved by China Securities Regulatory Commission.After 20 years of development,the company has formed an international securities company with securities,funds,futures,direct investment and overseas businesses.But the profit of its brokerage business is shrinking rapidly with the development of Internet-based Finance,and is facing fierce competition in the market.The transformation of the income model of brokerage business has been imminent.This paper,taking S company as an example,first introduces the current development status of S company and the status of brokerage business,and then points out the problems in the development of the current brokerage business.Then,through the analysis of the internal and external market of S company,the advantages and disadvantages of S company in the current market are summed up,and the importance of differentiated marketing is emphasized.Finally,it puts forward some innovative suggestions for S company's brokerage business: optimizing the current organizational structure of the brokerage business,vigorously developing the investment advisory business,promoting the construction of the light business department,and ensuring the high-quality talents.Through the analysis and research,this paper provides practical suggestions for the transformation of S brokerage business.Combined with the current market situation,S company has certain advantages in the competition of brokerage business.At the same time,it also provides some useful ideas and ways for other securities company in the industry.
