SGGT, as a state-owned iron and steel enterprise, after the reform in recent years, has begun to attach i mportance to human resources training and dev-elopment, import the concept of human resources training a nd development, and has been building a training and development system. However, in the process ofcarry ing out the training and development system in the work, few support is g-ot, and there are many problems to solve, so in training deeds analysis,training form,training effect evaluation and development mode, talent assessment,as well as many problems to be solved, leading to little effect of the system on real work.First from the perspective of theory, this paper deeply analyses the important role of human resour ce training and development, expounds how to combine the enterprise’s own characteristics on employee tr aining and development, in order to realize the enterprise human capital value and lay the foundation of ent erprise improving its core competitiveness. Through effective training and development, the demand of ent erprise cultivating and praising talents can be met, which has a profound practical significance on these stat e-owned enterpri-ses like SGGT. With SGGT’s human resources training and development as the res-earch object, the thesis analyzes the mode of management and daily work on its training and development, expl ores the problems existing, and has formed a relatively complete statement on human resources training and developmenttheory and practice.
