In the recent years, along with the social labor's division becoming increasingly perfect and enterprises'institution changing, a good human resource training and development system has become a very important base to enterprise's development, and vital to personnel's growing-up, enterprise's competitiveness and adaptability, and it aspects the enterprise's strategy-implementing and value-creation as well.A good human resource training and development system should take the base of four parts: enterprise's development strategy, personnel's career planning, human resource training and development system planning, personnel's job position analysis. It is very complicated, and how to make an effective human resource training and development system is one of the focus researches for many enterprises or organizations.DK(China) co., Ltd is a Japanese-funded air-conditioner selling company, and growing rapidly since founded in China earlier 90s last century, with the scale of company, personnel and market share constantly developing. However, because of the oversight of d human resource training and development, talents shortage and out-flow has become serious, and even talent crisis has emerged, which has become an obstacle to the development of DK(China).Firstly, this paper has analyzed the importance of human resource training and development system theoretically, and then taken an intensive research for human resource training and development system combining with the practical human resource management, real cases and daily functioning, and this paper has illustrated the human resource training and development system both theoretically and practically.The author has put forward an effective solution to DK(China)'s human resource training and development system after taking an intensive research theoretically and practically, and it has proved to be effective after several months'functioning.
