However, because of the oversight of d human resource training and development, talents shortage and out-flow has become serious, and even talent crisis has emerged, which has become an obstacle to the development of DK(China).Firstly, this paper has analyzed the importance of human resource training and development system theoretically, and then taken an intensive research for human resource training and development system combining with the practical human resource management, real cases and daily functioning, and this paper has illustrated the human resource training and development system both theoretically and practically.The author has put forward an effective solution to DK(China)'s human resource training and development system after taking an intensive research theoretically and practically, and it has proved to be effective after several months'functioning.
