With the development of the national economy,the continuous improvement of national infrastructure,urbanization process is accelerating,China's annual increase in construction area is more and more,in the process will produce a lot of solid waste-construction waste,In recent years,the number of construction waste in China has accounted for 30%-40%of the total municipal waste.However,the vast majority of construction waste,without any treatment,is handled in a simple open-air piling or landfill,which will not only harm soil and groundwater,but also cause significant economic losses.At the same time,in the face of increasingly serious environmental problems,increasingly tense land supply,the depletion of mineral resources,construction waste generated no doubt exacerbated the contradiction between people,the environment,resources,affecting the coordinated development of urban ecological environment.Solving such problems has become a top priority for urban development.Based on the construction of the green operation network of construction waste,this paper analyzes the operation characteristics of construction waste logistics by consulting a large number of literature materials and field investigation and analysis,including the location,processing mode and processing flow of construction waste.Then,a green logistics network of construction waste is set up from the perspective of supply chain and green sustainable development.The network structure and key flow of the network are analyzed.Compared with the previous open-loop supply chain,the biggest characteristic of the green operation network is that the core idea of the green logistics is combined with the construction waste disposal.The article is made from the time the building waste is built into the final product and the construction site is put into the construction site.The main body of the construction waste is connected with each other.The three aspects of logistics,capital flow and information flow are changed,which provides favorable support for improving the level of urban construction waste.In addition,in order to improve the practicality and feasibility of the paper,this paper investigates a benchmark enterprise of construction waste recycling enterprises,and elaborates and analyzes the construction waste classification,logistics network construction,network information.The characteristics of the operation and the shortcomings of the green logistics network in the key point of the main cut,to analyze the entire network system,more targeted.Finally,combined with the research content to build a comprehensive solution and process monitoring system to ensure the feasibility of the network.
