In the era of big background,the reform of state-owned enterprises and national development of state-owned enterprises put forward higher request,the enterprise staff both opportunities and challenges,how to achieve higher competitiveness through training to enhance their skill levels are important for enterprise employees,train more talents,to master the core technology,is to build the new power system,complete the smart grid project,Key factors for achieving carbon neutrality.Starting from the implementation effects of four training modes of the existing training programs of Q Power Supply Company and the current situation of human resources,this paper finds that the actual effects of the existing training programs are not ideal,including the increase of training absence rate,the insignificant increase in the number of excellent talents,and the low training conversion rate.Based on the Corleone evaluation model,the existing training programs were evaluated through interviews and questionnaires.The content of the evaluation includes the analysis of the training needs of the employees,the satisfaction of the current training program,and the evaluation of the conformity of the training effect.Through the evaluation of the collected data,the main factors affecting employee training are analyzed as follows:there is no relevant demand analysis in the formulation of training content in the existing training program,the lack of relevant training standards,the course arrangement does not consider the company’s production and work arrangement,and the imperfect salary system and organizational management system.Based on the above reasons,the training optimization scheme of Q Power Supply Company is proposed,focusing on the optimization of course content,training skills of trainers,content quality of teaching materials,and course organization.Meanwhile,the training results are included in the evaluation of performance management and organizational management,so as to fully mobilize the enthusiasm of employees.In addition,to ensure the smooth development of the training program and further improve the training efficiency,we can set up the department to train professional leaders,improve the teaching equipment,improve the part-time trainer selection system and arrange the training funds reasonably. |
