Financial Supports Research Of Rural Land Transfer From The Perspective Of Urban-rural Integration

Under the background of the urban-rural integration development,solving the "three rural" issue well is an important guarantee to promote the urban-rural integration construction.The key to solve the "three rural" issue is to deal with the use of farmland.Developing and Improving the financial support system of rural land circulation can drive the rational allocation of agricultural land resources,promote the large-scale management of rural land,increase the farmers' income and narrow the gap between urban and rural areas.In recent years,our country has started a new round work about land ownership certification and issued a series of policies about land circulation.It is financial support to make the smooth implementation of agricultural land circulation.Firstly,this paper is based on the reading verification of domestic and international data,and mastered the theoretical knowledge about agricultural land circulation as well as its financial support.At the same time,all aspects of Chinese financial support for agricultural land circulation conducted field research with the systematic analysis of relevant data,and then take the Zuoquan County in Shanxi province as an example to analyse its financial support of agricultural land circulation,finally puts forward the main points of this paper.The paper is divided into three parts.The first part is the theoretical part.Firstly,this part describes the background,purpose,significance,literature review,research methods and technology roadmap of the financial support of agricultural land circulation,and puts forward the possible innovation of the thesis.Secondly,this paper defines the related concepts of this study,and analyzes the relevant theoretical basis,which provides a theoretical basis for the writing of this paper.The second part is the basic research.This part will analyze the present situation and problems of financial support of agricultural land circulation and analyze the role of rural land circulation in promoting the integration of urban and rural areas.After that,the paper analyzes the case of Zuoquan County about its financial support of the rural land circulation to find out the problems of Chinese rural land circulation and financial support.The third part is the summary of the study.This part puts forward the countermeasures to solve the problems existing in the financial support of the rural land circulation,summarizes and prospects the full text.
