Even though every company has its own culture,corporate culture has to obtained identification from its employees so that it can work in the company.Otherwise corporate culture is just a pro forma,and will not achieve expectations of the company.There are many criteria to evaluate the development of corporate culture.But most companies,which have achieved effective development,have obtained employees’ identification of their corporate culture.Therefore,whether employees have identification about their corporations’ culture is an important criterion to measure the development of it.Corporate culture identification influences the implementation of corporate culture,contributes to the competitiveness of the company,improves the efficiency of employees,and solves issues such as inefficiency of corporate culture development.The thesis reports a diagnostic study of corporate culture identification of Guangjitang Medical Technology Company in Yulin,and provides suggestions for the company to improve it.The author uses corporate culture identification scales and designs a questionnaire for employees in Guangjitang to answer.Based on the survey results and literature review,the author diagnoses culture identification problems that embedded in the company.In order to find out reasons of these problems,the author interviewed several employees.Two main reasons were found out.First,the corporate culture lacks uniqueness,innovation,and development of behavioral culture.Second,the corporate culture does not include incentive policies to employees,and the working atmosphere negatively contribute to employees’ identification of its culture.Hence,the author provides suggestions to Guangjitang according to these reasons.The author suggests solutions of corporate culture management to Guangjitang.It adds to research of corporate culture identification cases,and provides a reference for corporate culture development of other medical companies.
