| After China’s reform and opening up,the relevant theories of corporate culture have been introduced into China.With the passage of time,the theory of corporate culture has been enriched and recognized,and entrepreneurs gradually identify with corporate culture,and then continue to pay attention to it.Incorporating corporate culture management into operation management has become an important part of enterprise operation management.More entrepreneurs attach importance to the management of corporate culture,put the shaping of corporate values in the first place,combine corporate culture with development strategy,and truly building corporate culture into the core competitiveness of enterprises is also in line with the needs of the times.One of the most important aspects of corporate culture management is the recognition of employees.M Bank is a "financial aircraft carrier" with hundreds of thousands of employees.As one of 34 provincial and municipal branches,Tianjin Branch has more than 7,000 employees.Faced the corporate with such a large number of employees,the dissemination and penetration of corporate culture become vital operation and management means.By describing the general situation of M bank’s corporate culture,the characteristic corporate culture formed by the other banks of M Bank in promoting the corporate culture of M Bank,and the work done by Tianjin Branch in promoting the corporate culture of M Bank,this paper contrasts Tianjin Branch in corporate culture defects and deficiencies in promotion work.Through the questionnaire survey,the data of Tianjin Branch employees’ recognition about M Bank’s corporate culture was obtained.After data analysis,it was concluded that Tianjin Branch had a stoppage of corporate culture construction in promoting corporate culture work,the lack of culture with its own characteristics and the pertinence of training,the needs of high-quality talents to be cultivated,the poor penetration of propaganda,and the lower identity of grass-roots employee.Finally,aiming at various issues,it is proposed three methods to improve the corporate culture identity in line with the actual situation of Tianjin Branch which are creating a corporate culture with positive energy and the characteristics of Tianjin Branch and training high-quality professional talents,promoting the cultural identity of all employees and improving and strengthen their team construction,and improvingcultural communication and guarantee mechanisms.On the basis of enhancing the corporate culture recognition of M Bank Tianjin Branch,we will do a good job in corporate culture promotion. |
