Research On The Financial Management Of QT Chain Hotel

China's hotel industry,especially the development of Fasthotel economy chain in the development of more rapid,although there are still a series of problems,but the economy hotel chain in the service quality and brand reputation has been widely recognized by consumers,its relatively high price,reliable service,has let the economy hotel chain occupy more and more market shares.This paper takes QT chain hotel as the research object,through the SWOT analysis of the hotel's financial management and the problems existing in the development of financial management,and to solve the strategy research of QT chain hotel's financial management.Financial management is the basic work of all enterprises' management and development,so it must be paid great attention to the financial management of the hotel.Financial capital raising,investment project management,operation capability management and profit distribution policy are all important management contents for deciding the long-term development of a hotel.Through case analysis of various research methods and literature,in the premise of fully refining the research achievements at home and abroad,to establish the basic framework of this study,this paper is divided into six parts,the first part is the main content of the introduction includes the research background and significance,research contents and methods and the innovation of this paper.The second part is a review of research at home and abroad.The third part is the status of QT chain hotel,including the general situation of QT chain hotel and the opportunities and challenges faced by the enterprise.The fourth part is the SWOT analysis of QT chain hotel financial management and the existing problems in the development of financial management.The fifth part is to solve the financial management problems of QT chain hotels.The main contents include expanding and developing three or four tier cities,improving capital financing capacity,improving financial management system and optimizing dividend distribution mode.The sixth part is the conclusion and prospect.
