Research On Optimization Of Operation Risk Management Of Changchun Branch Of Industrial Bank

In twenty-first Century,China has entered the era of capital expansion.The gradual relaxation of capital controls,the gradually active financial innovation,and the closely linked global financial market cause that the commercial banks actively adjust their development strategy.They take the interest rate changes as the starting point,improve the business regulatory system and accelerate the promotion of investment and management capacity to meet the various needs of customers constantly.The operating risk is the main type of commercial bank risk,which is closely related to the management and the market business of the bank.Therefore,commercial banks should build risk prevention and control system corresponding to the main operating risk types,in order to improve risk control and prevention.It can also be used to promote the smooth operation of commercial banks.This essay focuses on the operation risk supervision of commercial bank.It selects the Industrial Bank as the research object and analysis the operating risks by using literature analysis,survey analysis and inductive method.And then this research puts forward the measures to solve the specific operation risks and propose some necessary safeguards.In the theoretical analysis part,the management risks and the operation risks of commercial bank are discussed,including credit risk,external market risk,commercial bank operation risk and bank liquidity risk.In the empirical part,this thesis takes the investigation and analysis about the management of operation risk in the Changchun branch of Industrial Bank.This part focuses on the analysis of the problems existing in the operation risk supervision of Changchun branch of Industrial Bank,and makes an analysis from four aspects: risk supervision plan,risk supervision means,risk supervisors and risk supervision reports.It lays the empirical foundation for the post analysis.About the effective suggestions about the operation risks management,this thesis designs the XY commercial bank's operational risk supervision improvement plan,corresponding to the current situation of operation risk supervision and existing problems in the Changchun branch of Industrial Bank.The improvement plan includes strengthening risk identification and risk assessment,improves the operational risk related operation means,constructing scientific operation risk management means,perfecting operation risk management mode,and optimizing operational risk supervision means.The last part is about the safeguard measures analysis.This part propose five safeguards for the improved schemes for Changchun branch of Industrial Bank from five aspects,including both the risk management culture,business risk supervision structure,risk management system,risk management format and measures and formalization of the operation of the risk managerial people.
