Research On The Optimization Of The Management Transformation Of The Branch Of GZ Branch Of Industrial Bank

At present,the transformations of bank network management are faced by of all banks.On the one hand,traditional network management extensive,low per capita production capacity,operating costs are too high,so must operate modern management means to enhance it;On the other hand,the rapid development of Internet finance has created an impact on the traditional outlets of commercial banks,but has brought opportunities.At the same time,the advent of the era of great management makes mixed business become a general trend.Under the mixed operation,the joint-stock banks in the network management of the bar problem is more difficult.Industrial Bank as a joint-stock bank,also faces these problems.Based on the GZ branch of Industrial Bank,this paper is based on the theory of strategic management,and makes a tentative interpretation of these problems and puts forward the transformation plan.This paper is divided into seven chapters.The first chapter is the introduction,including research background,research significance,research content,research methods and research path.The second chapter introduces the theory.This paper studies the transformation of the network,according to the strategic management of the analysis path.It mainly introduces the process of strategic management,SWOT analysis and research,channel management theory and advanced experience of foreign banks.Chapter 3 introduces the basic situation of the network management of Industrial Bank,including the situation of the network,and some problems reflected in the assessment.Chapter 4 introduces the internal environment analysis of GZ branch of Industrial Bank,mainly SWOT analysis.In Chapter 5 according to the above analysis,under the basic layout of the head office strategy,the specific transformation principles and measures of the GZ branch are put forward,including further improvement of the reform of the business department,the transformation of the sales,the handling of Internet finance and the location of the retail outlets.Chapter 6 is the development of the protection measures,including the policy system,financial resources and personnel support;Chapter VII is the conclusion and further research direction.In this paper is based on Guangzhou branch,but will give benefit to the China's commercial banks to provide reference for the transformation of commercial banks.
