With the vigorous implementation of China's innovation-driven strategy,innovation and development have become the main driving force for economic development.Enterprises are the cells for the development of the national economy,and the creativity of employees is a key factor affecting the ability of enterprises to innovate.How to improve the creativity of employees has become a concern for many companies.The style of the leader will have an impact on the organizational atmosphere,and will largely affect the employee's behavior.This article focuses on transformational leadership as the research object,and explores the mechanism of the transformational leadership on employee knowledge sharing behavior and employee creativity.In addition,knowledge as a key factor affecting creativity,whether employees can extensively communicate and share knowledge with the inside and outside of the organization will affect the development of employee creativity.The self-efficacy of employees' innovation also affects employees to a large extent.Domestic and foreign research on the combination of transformational leadership,internal and external knowledge sharing,innovation self-efficacy,and creativity are few.Therefore,this paper studies the impact of transformational leadership,internal and external knowledge sharing,and innovation self-efficacy on creativity,so as to provide a theoretical basis for enterprises to cultivate transformational leadership and highly creative talents.This paper analyzes the mechanism of transformational leadership,internal and external knowledge sharing,innovation self-efficacy and creativity.Also this paper builds an influencing relationship model between the four,and uses the employee's personality characteristics as the model's control variables.This study can confirm the positive role of transformational leadership in employee creativity,the positive role of transformational leadership in the sharing of internal and external knowledge among employees,the positive impact of internal and external knowledge sharing on employee creativity,the self-efficacy of innovation in knowledge,and the adjustment effect between sharing and employee creativity.In this study,474 employees are employed as samples,and empirical analysis of the questionnaire data is conducted using SPSS20.0 and AMOS24.0.The main conclusions of this study are as follows: First,transformational leadership and its four dimensions are related to employee creativity.Compared to charisma leadership and inspirational motivation,intellectual motivation and individualized consideration have a higher degree of influence on employee creativity.Second,there is a positive correlation between transformational leadership and the knowledge sharing of employees,which has a greater impact on internal knowledge sharing than external knowledge sharing.Third,knowledge sharing is positively correlated with employee creativity.Knowledge sharing is a partial intermediary role between transformational leadership and employee creativity.Fourth,innovation self-efficacy has a positive regulatory effect between knowledge sharing and employee creativity.
