Nowadays, the enterprise’s talent problem stands out increasingly, it’s easier and more frequent for an employee to leave his company. The brain drain and employee job-hopping is becoming more and more popular. Also declining of employee loyalty and the rising rate of turnover have become a common trend, particularly in the IT industry. Along with the degree of the dependence of the Internet deepening, staff in the Internet enterprises take an important role. Employee loyalty is becoming the key factor of the development of the Internet enterprises. In fact, unrecognized leadership is really an important reason for employee turnover. Therefore, managers need to choose effective leadership behavior and leadership style to improve the employee loyalty.Reviewing literatures, this paper builds the transformational leadership behavior mediation model of the impact of employee loyalty, analyzing the different dimensions of transformational leadership behavior which affect the employee loyalty. Meanwhile, this paper introduced Self-efficacy as the intervening variable, analyzing the mediating role of self-efficacy. The transformational leadership behavior is divided into a lot of virtue, vision incentive, personalized care and charisma four dimensions. Staff loyalty is divided into enterprise care, work attitude and team spirit to three dimensions. Researching mainly adopts the network questionnaire, with Internet companies as the research object, eventually collected a total of 228 valid samples. This researching uses SPSS17.0 and Amos, through factor analysis, correlation analysis, variance analysis and structural equation method, assumption of research model is verified.According to the data analysis results,all four dimensions of the transformational leadership behavior have significant positive influence on employee loyalty; the four dimensions of transformational leadership behavior all have significant positive effects on self-efficacy; Self-efficacy has a positive effect on employee loyalty three dimensions; self-efficacy in the four dimensions of transformational leadership behavior to the three dimensions of employee loyalty have a significant intermediary role in other effects. Finally, the results of this study based on hypothesis testing, targeted to improve staff loyalty strategy suggestions are put forward.
