With the implementation of innovation driven strategy in China,innovation has become the fundamental driving force to promote the development of national economy.Therefore,how to improve the creativity of employees has become an urgent problem for many enterprises.In the process of improving employee creativity,leader behavior is a crucial factor.Existing studies show that as the core source of creativity,employees can influence their creativity level through extensive knowledge sharing,and the willingness and effect of knowledge sharing are closely related to organizational climate(such as team risk tendency climate,innovation self-efficacy climate,interpersonal trust climate,etc.).Therefore,this paper uses the empirical research method to study the influence of transformational leadership on employee creativity in the team interpersonal trust atmosphere,and the role of mediators in it,so as to deepen and extend the research in this field.This paper mainly analyzes the influence of transformational leadership on employee creativity.Firstly,it puts forward the research background,research purpose and significance,research methods and framework;Then,it makes a literature review,mainly covering the mechanism of transformational leadership,employee creativity,knowledge sharing,transformational leadership influencing employee creativity,and puts forward the hypothesis of this paper.Then,through the model construction and analysis,it uses the questionnaire survey method to collect the data,and surveys 333 employees of different enterprises in Jiangsu Province,After that,spss24.0 data analysis software was used to analyze the relevant data strictly,such as regression analysis;Finally,it concludes that transformational leadership has a positive impact on knowledge sharing and employee creativity,knowledge sharing mediates transformational leadership and employee creativity,and interpersonal trust plays a moderating role in transformational leadership and knowledge sharing.Finally,it puts forward suggestions and prospects.The conclusion of this paper not only expands and extends the influence mechanism of transformational leadership on employee creativity,but also provides a reference for the management practice of modern enterprises in China.Under the new situation,enterprises should expand the influence of leadership style on employees’ deep work motivation and innovative behavior initiative,create an atmosphere of knowledge sharing and interpersonal trust within the organization,and pay attention to cultivating and improving employees’ innovative thinking,so as to enhance employees’ creativity and enhance the organization’s own competitiveness,So as to lay a solid foundation for the sustainable and high-quality development of the organization itself.
