Abstract/Summary:
E-commerce,as one of the best applications of internet,is booming in recent years and will continue to boost the development of logistics industry with opportunities and challenges.Meanwhile, due to the escalating deterioration of environment and the increased awareness of severe energy crisis concerns, the topic related to low-carbon economy catches more and more attention. As many scholars indicate that the express industry is one of the important sources of carbon emissions, the social low-carbon concept plays a vital role in regulating carbon emissions under logistics scenario. On the other hand, enterprises have wasted numerous logistics resources in the urban distribution because of the deterioration of urban traffic and environmental conditions, the variety of online shopping goods, and the personalized distribution demand of online shopping customers. To fill this gap, this paper establishes an efficient and energy-saving urban logistics distribution system to reduce total costs and to strive for a larger market share of express delivery companies, which enhances the loyalty of customers. This paper comprehensively analyzes the low-carbon path problems in the online shopping environment, combined with urban traffic congestion factors and two new service options,home-delivery and pickup-site service. The model and the solution algorithm are designed in this paper to make a more realistic optimization analysis of urban distribution plan in the express delivery enterprise. This paper aims to reducing the total urban distribution cost, and improving customer satisfaction.Firstly, based on online shopping project analysis and low-carbon path element analysis, this paper summarizes the characteristics of the low-carbon path problem. In view of the vehicle energy-consumption model,a low-carbon path problem model considering time window is constructed. Then let the vehicle travel speed is regarded as a time-dependent function and construct a time-dependent low-carbon path problem model. On the above model, the two types of service mode, the home-delivery and pickup-site service, are added into the model. Therefore,a low-carbon path problem model considering time-dependent and two delivery types in the online shopping environment is constructed. Then, based on the characteristics of the model, combined with the advantages of the ant colony algorithm and the genetic algorithm,a hybrid two-stage algorithm is proposed in this paper. In the first stage of the algorithm, the improved ant colony algorithm is used to solve the optimal path of the vehicle. In the second stage, the improved genetic algorithm is used to optimize the vehicle speed. Finally,to verify the validity of this model,a case analysis of China Post in Chongqing is carried out.The results are analyzed based on the circumstances of pickup-site services and speed optimization procedure. The results show that the scenes with both home-delivery and pickup-site services, and speed optimization can efficiently improve the quality of solution.More than this, this paper uses the dataset to verify the performance of the improved ant colony algorithm.
