China’s beauty industry began to develop from the mid-1980 s,after more than 20 years of growth,It has developed from the exploratory stage to the rational stage.The market scale has expanded exponentially,and various brands in the beauty industry have sprung up.Nowadays,it has developed into a huge industry chain from the upstream research and development and production of beauty products,instruments,medicine and appliances to the downstream of life beauty,technology beauty,medical beauty.With the continuous improvement of living standards,people put forward more demand for beauty,skin care has become the immediate needs of most women,and even many young men.The future of the beauty industry is promising,but for now,China’s beauty industry has a large market,small scale,low threshold,uneven quality of practitioners,the lack of industry standards and other issues.In addition,due to the impact of the COVID-19,the general public consumption will be low,at the same time,the strong development of the Internet economy,so that the entity beauty institutions in a development dilemma.How beauty chain institutions can break out of the tight encirclement and turned into a crisis in this post-epidemic era,the Internet era,and the lack of industry development momentum is the focus of this thesis.This is not only a problem that the target company F technology beauty chain company needs to solve,but also the general problem of the beauty chain industry.This thesis combines the theoretical basics of business model,business model canvas,business model optimization and innovation,chain-related knowledge,and scientific analysis tools to analyze the business environment in which F company is located,and based on the nine elements of business canvas model :value proposition,customer segments,customer relationships,channel,key business partnerships,key resources,key activities,cost and revenues to conduct an in-depth study of its business model.Through visualization,we have identified the shortcomings and limitations of the current business model and made recommendations for its optimization: The business model was developed from a single direct chain model to a mixed business model of direct + franchise + product line free chain;widen the channel access,especially online and offline joint interoperability;customer touch point management;set up more flagship shops in commercial centers;expand the talent supply channels,etc.Finally,optimization suggestions are made to address many aspects of the company’s culture construction,system integrity,organizational restructuring,human resource supply and other corresponding implementation safeguards.This study is based on the research of F-technology beauty chain company,aiming to promote the optimization and innovation of its business model,It allows companies to form the habit of constantly adjusting and optimizing their business models in the face of constant changes in the current internal and external environment,so as to meet greater challenges and gain the ability and motivation for sustainable development.This study also provides reference for the beauty industry,especially for the development mode of the scientific and technological beauty sub industry.
