With the continuous development of China's economy,the annual growth rate and scale of Chinese advertising market has achieved the world's first.More and more domestic and foreign enterprises to get into the market,Chinese advertising market present the phenomenon of fierce competition.In this thesis,combining with the current situation of the development of advertising industry and retail industry and visual image marketing promotion,how to carry on the marketing and promotion of their relevant theoretical knowledge.Through the analysis,Z advertising company's current marketing methods and a large number of problems encountered in marketing promotion in the advertising industry,especially in the retail business opportunities,and for how to improve the visual image of the retail industry and the overall marketing of the marketing industry,especially the role of creativity in the overall marketing and development of the proposed improvements and recommendations.This dissertation mainly from the content and methods of the research background,purpose and significance of research,in the process of analysis and discussion,mainly adopts the theory of porter five model,SWOT analysis theory and 4P marketing theory,analyzes the present situation of the advertising industry and the status quo and strategies of the development of domestic and international retail marketing advertising,mainly in Z advertising company as an example,has carried on the related to the company is introduced,and the development course and existing problems for research.Secondly,combined with Zadvertising company internal and external environment analysis,the Potter five forces model tools to investigate the company in the competitive environment,the company through the SWOT analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of the theory analysis.Thirdly,Z advertising company's products,prices,distribution,company's market promotion of these aspects of in-depth analysis,and the company's marketing implementation of professional chemical promotion strategy gives relevant recommendations.Finally,in the business process and project management,marketing team management structure,market segmentation and market development,strengthen marketing personnel training and constantly strengthen new technology research and development,support marketing team on Z company marketing guarantee measures are given relevant opinions and suggestions.
