The formation and development of agglomeration of agricultural industry not only makes the agricultural industry more competitive but also greatly promotes the development of regional economy.Now,the agricultural and rural economic development of our country is coming into the stage of strategic shift,the cultivation and development of agricultural industrial agglomeration become a creating development model to promote the development of the agricultural industry.Tea industry agglomeration is an important component of agricultural industry agglomeration.At the same time,it's an important organizational model to promote the development of agricultural industrialization in Anhui province.The tea industry in Anhui has been developing rapidly in recent years.For example,the area of tea garden has been expanded gradually,the production and per unit yield production of tea has been increasing.Tea farmers,enterprises and artel are closely connected with each other,the tea industry agglomeration are just visible and the crowing effect is gradually accentuate in some tea region of Anhui province.However,the present research on the agglomeration of tea industry are usually uses normative analysis to discuss its formation mechanism and development status,and lacks the in-depth empirical analysis of the agglomeration development.The research of this paper is based on the research thought of rise questions,analyze questions and solve questions.This paper put forward and deeply analyzes several questions,such as the formation and development of Anhui tea industry agglomeration,the support conditions and the degree of Anhi tea industrial agglomeration,the influence factors of Anhui tea industrial agglomeration,and how to effectively promote the development of tea industry agglomeration in Anhui province.The analyses of these questions has some theoretical and practical significance to a certain degree.The research of this paper is based on the combination of qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis,theoretical analysis and empirical analysis.At first,it use standard analysis method to define the connotation of tea industry agglomeration,generalizes the related theory of tea industry agglomeration,and analyzed the present situation,the support conditions of Anhui tea industry agglomeration.Secondly,it use empirical analysis to calculate the agglomeration degree of Anhui tea industry from the year of 2000 to 2015 by the way of location quotient and concentration factor.Then,the field research method was used to conduct interviews with the relevant departments of Anhui tea industry,andconduct field research on 142 tea growers and 38 tea companies.Finally,the measurement analysis was used to analyses the effect factors of Anhui tea industry through the method of PCA.Research shows that: there already has different levels of agglomeration in the main tea production areas of Anhui province,such as Huangshan city,Xuancheng city,Chizhou city,Liuan city,Anqing city,the south and west of Anhui province and so on.There are six main influence factors of Anhui province tea growing,such as the communication,cooperation and sharing of the local information technology,the processing ability and the development of the market,the natural resource and planting history and so on.There are five main influence factors of Anhui tea industry agglomeration,such as brand construction and sales market development,the relationship between enterprise and the downstream distributors and the role of industry associations,infrastructure construction and talent training provided by the government,the relationship between enterprises and tea agent,the development of suppliers and related auxiliary industry and so on.
