| Since the financial crisis in 2008,the world economy has been badly hit.Its scope of involvement is very wide,the influence is far-reaching and the spread scope is large,which leads to the contraction of external demand of Chinese products,internal overcapacity,and great trauma to China's economy.Since then,China formally decided to make great efforts to develop strategic emerging industries,and Comrade Wen Jiabao held three seminars on the development of emerging strategic industries on September21 and 22,2009.In order to follow the country's pace and change the backward appearance,Anhui Province began to explore and develop its own strategic emerging industry.In 2013,Anhui Province was officially listed as a pilot province of regional agglomeration development.In order to speed up the development of the strategic emerging industries in Anhui Province,mobilize the resources of all aspects of Anhui Province,improve the ability of economic acquisition,and make the industrial structure to rationalize and better transform,this paper studies from the perspective of concentration,and put forward suggestions on this basis,so that the strategic emerging industry of Anhui Province has a more profound development.Firstly,this paper analyzes the development history and concept of strategic emerging industries.On this basis,according to the data of strategic emerging industries in Anhui Province and all cities from 2011 to 2017,using static measurement method and dynamic agglomeration index method,it is concluded that the situation of strategic emerging industries cluster agglomeration in anhui province.Then according to the existing literature and the above results,it find three factors,environment,industry and innovation,which affecting the degree of concentration of strategic emerging industries.and analyzing corresponding secondary influence factors by grey correlation method.It is concluded that the main factor that drives the aggregation of strategic emerging industries in Anhui Province.Finally find out the deficiency of the development of strategic emerging industries in Anhui Province and put forward development suggestions.Based on the above-mentioned research basis,the paper comes to the following three conclusions.First,it is concluded that the current concentration level of strategic emerging industries in Anhui Province has a comparative advantage in the whole country,but the concentration of strategic emerging industries in all cities in the province is not uniform.Second,among the three first-level indicators affecting theagglomeration degree of strategic emerging industries in anhui province,environment support is the strongest and can be maintained.At the same time,enterprises pay more attention to the investment ratio and output ratio of various aspects of strategic emerging industries.Finally,form a national perspective,the factors driving the cluster of strategic emerging industries in anhui province are uncompetitive and need to be further developed.The research on the strategic emerging industries in Anhui Province not only enriched the existing materials,but also helped Anhui to find the existing problems of its strategic emerging industries and the future development direction,and helped to improve the competitiveness of the strategic emerging industries in Anhui Province and drive the economic development of the whole province. |
