Evolution Of Core Competence Of Logistics Enterprises Based On Service Innovation Dynamics Modeling And Simulation

In the economic and technological globalization situation,the logistics industry has become an emerging industry with great potential for development,not only become the impetus to the development of national economy,but also the active factors in the development of China’s economic growth.Despite the rapid development of China’s logistics industry,but there are still many problems,for example,the logistics industry to enhance the level of service slowly,the core competitiveness of logistics enterprises is generally not high.With the continuous development of foreign logistics enterprises into the Chinese market,China’s logistics enterprises are facing great challenges.Therefore,it is urgent to take measures to improve the core competence of logistics enterprises.The logistics industry as a new service industry,information,network and science and technology are the basis for development,and enhance the ability of service innovation can better improve the core competitiveness of enterprises.Now,more and more enterprises begin to pay attention to improve the enterprise logistics service innovation ability,service innovation ability can provide power for the development of enterprises,to improve the relationship between enterprises and users can also improve the efficiency of logistics enterprises,has become more and more important for modern logistics enterprises to improve service innovation ability.Therefore,this paper studies the evolution of core competence of logistics enterprises from the perspective of service innovation.First of all,based on the service innovation from the perspective of core competence of logistics enterprises by analyzing the influence factors for the formation and evolution process,through the inductive analysis,constructs the conceptual model of influencing factors of the evolution of core competence of logistics enterprise based on service innovation,and puts forward 12 main factors influencing the evolution of logistics enterprise’s core competence,factors through factor analysis method evolution on the impact of logistics enterprise’s core competence analysis.Secondly,the causal relationship between the evolution of core competence of logistics enterprises based on system dynamics,the system dynamics model of the evolution of core competence of logistics enterprises,and using the Vensim PLE software simulation analysis of the model.Through the verification of simulation model validity and sensitivity analysis show that the model can be used for logistics enterprises’ core competence evolution process of fitting,reveal the evolution of logistics enterprises’ core competence and process mechanism.Finally,the paper summarizes the research conclusions of the evolution of the core competence of logistics enterprises,and provides management strategies for the improvement of the core competence of logistics enterprises from four aspects.Including innovation level,resource level,corporate culture and organizational management level.In order to improve the efficiency of logistics enterprises,and guide the logistics enterprises to gain competitive advantage in the fast changing market.
