The Research On Dynamic Mechanisim Of Independent Innovation About Large Scale Enterprise Clusters In Shandong

There are two obvious development characteristics of modern economy:one is that the influence of technology innovation is more and more extensive for economic growth,and the other is economic globalization.The development of world economy has shown the character of regionalization,and the region is becoming the important basis of coordinate the economy.So the development of regional enterprise clusters is the top priority.Our country may gain the opportunity and initiative of development if we can increase the ability of independent innovation,learning the foreign technologies and recreating it when we face up with technology transformation from the developed country in the age of economic globalization.So it is very significant to research the independent innovation dynamic mechanism of enterprise clusters in our country.Technology innovation is a complex system and involves many factors and links that are not only great in number but also different in nature.Simply linear addition of these factors cannot bring technology innovation,because it is non-linear summarization of many factors through matching and coupling. Amplification of any links coupling distortion and matching errors through accumulation could lead to failure of realization of technology innovation.This article is based on the theory of enterprise cluster,technology innovation and innovation dynamic.We construct the independent innovation system of the large scale enterprise clusters which is guided by the thought of complexity theory. Then we extend it and get the coupling dynamic mechanism of the large scale enterprise clusters.And next we do the game analysis on the factors,for example coupling factor,the tactics of market competitive and the behaviors of corporation innovation between the enterprises in the large scale enterprise clusters(R&D), which influence more for the innovation dynamic of the large scale enterprise clusters.We also build the system dynamics model of independent innovation dynamic of large scale enterprise clusters in Shandong and analysis the cause-and-effect relationship between the factors that influence the innovation dynamic.At last,we do the case study on steel large scale enterprise cluster in Shandong province to prove the reliability of the independent innovation dynamic model.
