The Research On The Mechaniism Of Knowledge Innovation About The Industry Technology Innovation Aliance Based On SD

Industry technology innovation alliance, which takes the demand for technology innovation of both national strategic industries and regional pillar industries as the guide, is not only an important form for propelling industrial technology innovation and an important carrier for implementing national technology innovation but also an effective method for promoting core competitiveness of industries.Our country has successively introduced many relevant policies such as <the guidance for promoting the construction of industrial technology innovation> which means our country has officially brought Industrial Technology Innovation Alliance into the national science and technology innovation system. However, knowledge innovation and technology innovation are supported and supplemented with each other; both of them are the principal activity and core property of industrial technology innovation strategy alliance. With the advancement of innovation driven development strategy, more and more scholars successively throw themselves into the research on industrial technology innovation alliance and knowledge innovation. Being different from the knowledge innovation of traditional alliance, industrial technology innovation strategy alliance shows the characteristic of quasi-public, which is the upgrade of the knowledge innovation of traditional alliance. All of the characters above make the internal mechanism of traditional alliances’ knowledge innovation becomes more and more complex, moreover, many research methods such as traditional game theory, empirical study and case study, have various shortcomings in analyzing the mechanism. Consequently, exploring the internal mechanism of industrial technology innovation alliance thoroughly is quite important for accelerating industrial technology innovation of our country and promoting cross-organization knowledge management theory.This study focused on the new characteristic which is quasi-public in the procedure of knowledge innovation of industrial technology innovation alliance, and constructed the framework of industrial technology innovation theory combing the theory of quasi-public goods, knowledge innovation and multidimensional proximity. Otherwise, basing the technique of system dynamics, this study established the new model for the knowledge innovation of industrial technology innovation alliance and through simulation research probed the influencing factors and function mechanism of the knowledge innovation in industrial technology innovation alliance from the angle of multidimensional proximity, social recognition, government funding, monopoly control policies and so on. The research shows that:regime proximity is positively correlated with knowledge potential; the effects of technology proximity and geographical proximity on knowledge potential take on the shape of an inverted U; the higher degree of the social recognition, the higher degree of the knowledge innovation value evaluation, which is more beneficial to the operation of knowledge innovation of industrial technology innovation alliance. What’s more, the effect of technology acceptance on knowledge innovation value evaluation is garter than the effect of management approval on knowledge innovation value evaluation; Government funding is effective for solving the "cooperation dilemma", but the excessive government funding will lead to "crowding-out effect", otherwise, government monopoly regulation can prompte the industrialization of the knowledge innovation achievements, therefore, the government should implement monopoly regulation polices so as to completely eradicate enterprises’ monopoly on public technology and to guarantee the effective operation of market mechanism. Basing the results above, this study has put forward some relevant countermeasure and suggestion.
