Along with our country economic development into the "new normal",the operating pressure of financial industry is increasing.For that,the commercial Banks continue to make its transformation,organization reform,and human resources.In this process,the head office level of state-owned commercial Banks has come to recognize that,employees' psychological pressure problem has become the important factors affecting employees' physical and mental health and job performance.EAP(Employee Assistance Program)is a systemic and long-term benefits and support project for employees.It can improve the staff's work in the enterprise performance and improve the working environment of the enterprise by helping to solve the psychological and behavioral problems of staff and their family members.More and more companies recognize it is a spiritual welfare.Process includes the judgment of organization by professional diagnosis and the professional guidance,training and consulting to the staff and their family members.In 2015,the K branch of A Bank began to pilot the EAP.The author designed the EAP implementation plan,and organized the project smoothly as the main members of the team.Through this activity,employees are becoming more open and bright.The performance is also improved.All employees believe that everyone in the process of conceptual change,willing to accept the professional mental health help,at the same time they learned some self-regulation and external communication skills,It will help them to work happily and enjoy the life,Managers also learned some basic knowledge and crisis intervention measures.This paper designed an EAP implementation plan can formed widely through literature research,interview method,case analysis,and comparative research.The innovation of this article is there is no similar study of bank.This paper shows the plan and evaluation of the implementation effect.Research methods,the working mechanism of EAP and execution mode has certain reference to other enterprises.The conclusion is as follows:(1)EAP can improve the performance.Through psychological guidance,EAP reduce the pressure of employee's work,reduce or eliminate the employees' psychological problems,improve the employees' mood,promote the enterprise performance improvement.(2)EAP can improve the cohesion.EAP can enhance employees' sense of responsibility,to help employees improve interpersonal relations,promote the cooperation between the employees.It also can establish a good working environment,improve staff's sense of belonging to the enterprise;enhance the cohesion of the enterprise.(3)EAP can improve the psychological quality of employees.Through relaxing the staff's pressure,EAP keep them optimistic of fierce competition,and deal with all kinds of setbacks.(4)The paper designed a complete solution.This paper formed a complete set of solutions can be directly used in other companies.The innovation of this article is there is no similar study of bank.This paper shows the plan and evaluation of the implementation effect.Research methods,the working mechanism of EAP and execution mode has certain reference to other enterprises.
