With the further development of economic globalization and increasingly fierce social competition,people are facing more and more pressure,The continuous increase of pressure will seriously affect the staffs physical and mental health and work performance,and accordingly reducing the level of production performance of enterprises.As a result,employees' loyalty and satisfaction with the enterprises showed a downward trend and even seriously hindered the rapid and steady social and economic development.The employees' occupation pressure,mental health and the degree of impact on the enterprise pay more and more attention,It is imperative and urgent to solve the pressure and psychological problems of the business staff effectively.EAP is an abbreviation of Employee Assistance Program in English,in Chinese meaning is "employee help program",which is a systematic,long-term assistance and benefit program for employees,designed to help solve the psychological and behavioral problems for employees and their family members,in order to enhance their work performance in the organization,improving organization and management.This paper based on the actual situation of LT Company and under the background of the country and industry,For employees stress,work life imbalance,career plan,Family marriage and love,Parent-child relationship and other aspects of discordant phenomena,Using mental health questionnaire,etc.to analyze the state of sleep,anxiety and mental health of employees in LT company,and to interview with the demand of EAP,to solve the problem to form the analysis results.Formulate an employee assistance program that meets the actual needs of the company,enhance employees' awareness of EAP,Through the physical and mental health knowledge propaganda,training,salon,do some practical and effective things for the employees,expand the channels of communication,to provide professional counseling services,establish the corresponding organizational structure to ensure the smooth implementation of employee assistance programs,it aims to strengthen the staff troop stability,improve employee performance and build harmonious labor relations.This paper is aim to study the effect of implementation of EAP and Problems existing in implementation in LT Company,Implementation of organizational guaranteethe,combination of professionalism and practicability,the importance of corporate culture,to improve the awareness of psychological counseling.and in order to accumulate experience for EAP in the chemical industry.
