ABC(China)clean steam generator has entered to the market for more than ten years.However,sales volume is very limited,and the sales engineers who can sell this equipment are very few.But with more and more supervision of food safety strengthened by the country,and higher living standards and increasing emphasis on food safety of people,the potential market for clean steam generator equipment are growing quickly.Mainly because this product is fully configured assembled product which has a high technical requirement to sell it.And also the company did not take any effective measures to strengthen incentives for the promotion of the whole package of equipment.The present motivation system didn't fully understand the different needs of different sales in different career development stages.So the targeted pay and training incentive system etc.are not so effective.So how to motivate salespeople to have more willingness to sell this product for sustainable growth?It's necessary for the product marketers to do the research of sales staff incentive system.We must have a deeply analysis of the sales staff management,using different incentive system according to their different needs to achieve sustainable growth and effective performance sales staff incentive system.In this paper,we will take ABC(China)Company clean steam generator for example,by doing interviews and questionnaire,and apply the comprehensive theory to analyze the research questions,at last getting an effective salesperson incentive system and its support system.We hope to solve the ABC(China)Company currently poor sales performance issues of this product,and can give the sales staff a better incentive to get more power.The company can achieve a sustainable growth in product performance ultimately.
