With the rapid development of economy and the change of the external environment, the role of strategy in the development of enterprises is more prominent, and the establishment of human resource management system suited to its own strategy has become an important factor for the long-term development of enterprises. Performance management is the core of enterprise human resources management system, which is based on the decomposition of the strategic objectives of the enterprise, the functional departments of the task and the task of the position, so that the organization members of the performance process, behavior and results of the evaluation. At the same time, the feedback and communication of the results of performance evaluation, improve the performance management of enterprise performance management and performance assessment of quality, and further motivate employees to improve their performance and promote the realization of enterprise strategic objectives, and ultimately to achieve the good development of the organization and staff growth of the double win effect.In this paper, the relevant theory and literature of the performance management are combed, and the case analysis method, through the analysis of the current performance management system of the sales service team of Dalian Coffee Co., ltd.. On this basis, the design scheme and implementation of the new management system of the sales service team of the European Mickey company and the new scheme are proposed to help the company improve the performance management system, improve the effectiveness of the incentive mechanism, and improve the organizational performance.Finally, on the basis of the summary of the full text of this paper is summarized, and the future direction of research can be studied. Through the research of this paper, combined with the specific case, we further understand the important role of performance management for enterprise human resource management and strategic objectives. It is hoped that the research of this paper can improve and perfect the performance management system for the sales service team of the company, and further improve the organizational performance to provide help and reference.
