As China further into its reform policies, enterprises face more complex and fiercely competitive market environment, companies are aggressively pursuing their core competitiveness, access to increasingly rely on the core competence of enterprise human resource management, performance management is the core of human resources management, employee motivation are core elements of corporate performance management. This paper analyses the operation of.BM sales performance evaluation system and encouragement for staff problems, such as inadequate assessment index system, evaluation system operational assessment index is not comprehensive, not enough incentive, put forward suggestions for improvement according to the BM sales companies actually situation.This paper focuses on two elements:The first one is through data and theory analysis, manner the operation of the existing performance appraisal system and its incentive effect. For emerging issues for strengthening analysis and combing through job descriptions, job evaluation, recommendations for improvement; the second one is to make the recommendations of optimization designation of specific programs.
