The Study Of Service Innovation Of China Construction Bank Branch In Gansu Province Based On The Bank Branch Transformation

With the accelerated process of marketization of interest rates, the bank long-term spread "iron rice bowl" has been broken. The same time as the rapid growth of direct financing market, the traditional functions of banks as deposits and loans credit media becoming weaker. Looking to the future, the sustainable development of commercial bank’s key words is:transformation and innovation. In this paper, the author choose the China Construction Bank branch in Gansu Province as an example, and this research is based largely on service innovation theory and channel innovation theory, learn from the leading domestic and foreign commercial banks profit model and service innovation means, combined retail banking business development, as well as its retail outlets in transition summed up the experience and lessons, and finally put forward the strategy of the bank’s strategy on how to promote service innovation.
