Research Of Financial Support In The Urbanization Of Shandong Province

Currently there are more than 50% of the world's people live in cities,urbanization has become a global wave.Accelerate the construction of rural urbanization,is the focus of the current Chinese economic development,sustainability and building diverse funding guarantee mechanism is an important task of urban construction.From the urbanization of financial security situation now,a huge loss of funds,rural financial services is seriously lagging behind other issues prevalent,suggesting a limited role of rural financial support,has seriously affected the development of China's urbanization.As important eastern coastal provinces of Shandong Province,one of its rapid urbanization,rapid changes in the urban system.According to the latest statistics,in 2013,Shandong urbanization rate has reached 53.6% more than the national average.Behind the rapid development of urbanization process in Shandong Province is also facing funding problems,and,relative to the country as a whole,has its own characteristics,such as financial support for industrial development areas exist homogeneous competition,support residents consumption threshold is too high there is a problem and so on.Therefore,this article from the basic situation in the province of Shandong,analyzes the current situation of financial support for its urbanization process,pointing out the problems and propose appropriate countermeasures.In this paper,a study from four parts:The first part introduces the theoretical basis.Firstly,the urbanization of the meaning and the importance of speeding up urbanization,followed by the relevant theory of financial development and financial support urbanization is analyzed,the theoretical basis of this article.The second part describes the current situation of financial support for the construction of cities and towns in Shandong Province.First,the current status of the development of urbanization in Shandong Province in terms of regional and industry,analysis,and analysis of financial development in Shandong Province from the financial needs of both demand and supply of finance,and further analysis of supply and demand of its existence and generate supply and demand reason,this section is mainly through large amounts of data and related graphics complete the chart.The third part is an empirical analysis of the financial status of support urbanization in Shandong Province.This paper chose the population urbanization rate(URM)to measure the level of urbanization development,finance-related rate(FIR)and financial development efficiency index(LD)to measure the development of the financial system,the use of relevant data in Shandong Province from 1986 to 2012,the through quantitative analysis,concluded that : no matter the size or the development of efficient financial development are on urbanization in Shandong Province has a supporting role can not be ignored,therefore,must take various measures to promote rural financial development in Shandong Province,make it better play a supporting role for urbanization.The fourth part is based on the preceding analysis,put forward a comprehensive countermeasures of urbanization in Shandong Province of financial support.
