In recent years,Affected by the factors of inflationary pressures,overcapacity and decline in external demand market,China's economic growth is slowing down.Strict control policies are still implementing in real estate market in order to put the housing price back to a reasonable track.Severe competition and tough market condition has put tremendous pressure in real estate enterprises put forward themselves to Improve the ability to resist risks integrate resources.Guangxi Baosheng Investment Group has developed into a famous enterprise in the real estate market since its establishment.Because of new changes in the market the company has to face more fierce challenges.In this paper,the theory of diversification strategy is applied to analyze the internal conditions and external environment of real estate market and logistics market,and then the SWOT model is used to analyze a development strategy of the company.This paper suggests that Guangxi Baosheng Investment Group should pay the same attention to the implementation of diversification strategy,expand the company's business from real estate to tourism and logistics industry in Baise City and Beihai City.The goal is to achieve Industrial diversification deployment,focus on strategic synergies,and reduce the risk of diversification.Implementation of the strategy should be focus on Capital operations,brand value,corporate culture,and personnel development so as to enhance the Group's comprehensive ability and long-term competitive advantage.
