This dissertation adopts methods of theoretical analysis and demonstration analysis,through personnel interview and questionnaire survey as well as analysis of historical data,carries on the diagnostic analysis from both quantitative and qualitative studies to the photovoltaic manufacturing division of sunshine company human resources management system,analysis on the extant question of division.Firstly,the human resource management in the enterprise is still at the traditional administrative personnel management stage.The division' S current personnel management has been unable to meet the needs of enterprise survival and development,human resource management must be innovated.Secondly,the enterprise is short of the human resources planning and the related policy.The human resources management is lack of the overall related items such as the human resources Strategic plan,recruitment,training,the salary system,personnel developing,the achievements appraisal and so on.It actually has not concerned about business strategy,and market environment consistent strategy for human resources management.Thirdly,modem human resources management framework has not been established yet.There still many human resources management functions are far from perfect.The modules among the whole human resources management system are too conflicted or inconsistent,difficult to play the overall effectiveness of human resources management.In the light of modern human resources management theory,and though investigation and diagnosis,With the external environment changes and the growing competition in the market,the photovoltaic manufacturing division of sunshine company succeed in their struggle for the photovoltaic market in the development and growth of enterprises,must change the existing enterprise human resource management model,to accelerate to a modem human resources management changing to adapt to the new situation and tasks.According to forecast the Photovoltaic industry policy,combining the demand of the strategic planning for sunshine company of 2010-2015,and forecast the development direction of human resource management,human resources management for future development of the forward reasonable opinion:the photovoltaic manufacturing division of sunshine company should be based on the long-term development conversion,using strategic vision,establish people-oriented modern human resources management system,and based on the actual performance of the company,through to optimize the structure of the organization,innovating competition,incentive and restraint mechanisms,recruitment,vocational training,salary management,performance management,adjusting and improving,and gradually establish a human resource allocation system which adapt to the needs of whole industry,make individual development goals can with the goal of the company consistent and improve employees' satisfaction,enhancing employees' enthusiasm and subjective initiative,to strengthen company in the market competition ability,turbine better to cope with the possible challenges and difficulties,make the photovoltaic manufacturing division of sunshine company companies more stronger.
