| With Chinese economic fasting development,Chinese hotel industry makes obvious advancement and has been important impetus to economic development.The article takes Penxin Guobin Hotel as the research object to study development strategy for hotel industry.The body of the article is divided into five sections:In section 1,the article summarizes relevant theories,models and methods,such as Contingency theory of management,Competitive Strategy,Value Chain,Balanced Scorecard,method of analytic hierarchy process,method of Fuzzy Evaluation.In section 2,the article analyses outside conditions by means of models of PEST and five strengths.In section 3,the article analyses inside conditions and operating ability.In section 4,the article establishes diversity development strategy.In section 5,the article puts forward the differentiation strategy implementation and feedback,first of all,comparing with the specific implementation of hardware investment,product,services and marketing four aspects'differences;secondly,to optimize the organization structure,allocate resources properly,cultivate strategic culture,marketing support diversity,management mechanism these five supporting measures to ensure the differentiation strategy implementation.The main conclusion of the article is:first,inner conditions and operating ability of Penxin Guobin Hotel has limitation;secondly,Pengxin Guobin Hotel should realize that only if they clarify the strategic goals,they could implement sustainable development,chosen differentiation strategy afterwards.Plus throughout optimize the organization structure,allocate resources properly,cultivate strategic culture,marketing support diversity,management mechanism these five supporting measures to ensure the differentiation strategy implementation.finally,the feedback result of development strategy of Penxin Guobin Hotel indicates that development strategy indeed raises operation performance and helps to sustaining development. |
