In recent years,our country has made great progress in the development of information technology,the level of economic and social information to enhance the overall level.With the rapid development of the communication industry,it provides a broad prospect and opportunity for the development of the communication design industry.At the same time.it also faces a huge challenge.A design institute only to maintain their own absolute advantage,in order to stand out from the fierce market competition.So it is an important task for the academic circle and the enterprise interface to analyze the competitive power of enterprises and to promote the core competence of enterprises.Based on the theory of core competition and strategic management,this research takes the A Design Institute as the research object,and makes a brief exposition of the concept of the core competence.Then use the pest model and Porter's five forces model analysis,and then use the analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy hierarchy comprehensive evaluation score.Finally,combined with the actual operation and the core competitiveness of a design institute,is improve the core competitiveness of the countermeasures and suggestions.The first part briefly introduces the background,significance and research methods of this paper,and gives the definition of the core competitiveness of the industry enterprises through the analysis of the current situation of China's communication design industry.The second part introduces the theoretical basis of the core competence of the communication design industry,and then analyzes the characteristics and elements of the core competitiveness of the industry.In the third part,the present situation of the A Design Institute is analyzed,the main business of the design institute is introduced,the advantages and disadvantages of the design institute are analyzed.The fourth part analyzes the environment of a design institute.First of all,the use of PEST model analysis the macro environment,and of a Design Institute of internal resources and the corporate culture is analyzed,followed by the use of Porter's five forces model of a Design Institute of competitive environment are analyzed.The fifth part,using the model of a Design Institute of core competitiveness evaluation.Firstly,the paper introduces the core competence at home and abroad research status quo of evaluation,and then use the analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method of a design institute core competitiveness evaluation.Finally,according to the results of the evaluation model is proposed based on the core competitiveness of the development strategy of six concrete measures:one is to expand the domestic market operators and expand the overseas market share;the second is to strengthen the enterprise system construction,promote the sustainable development of enterprises;the third is the architecture of learning type organization,strengthen technological innovation;the fourth is to do greatly strong architectural design sector,accelerate the transformation and upgrading;the fifth is to stimulate the potential of employees,maximize the enthusiasm of the staff;six is to strengthen the building of enterprise culture and enhance their cohesion.In this paper,the core competitiveness of the A design institute measures to enhance the same type of enterprise also has a certain reference value.
