Research On The Development Of Farmer Specialized Cooperative In NS

Since the Cooperatives Law in People's Republic of China was issued in 2007,the number of farmer cooperatives has been growing rapidly in Sanya.The farmer cooperatives have played a huge role in promoting the organization of agriculture,integration of agricultural resources,farmers' income,rural environment and so on.In the development of cooperatives,more and more industries involved in,more and more farmers participated into the cooperatives;registered capital increased gradually,At the same time,cooperative was constrained by the management operations,development funds,technology,talent,the external environment,and other constraints.The challenge for efficient and sustainable and healthy development has increased.Based on the references for cooperative research,this thesis analyzes the history,development mode,main business,management structure and operation mechanism of NS Cooperative.It also analyzes the advantage,weakness,opportunities and challenges of NS Cooperative using the SWOT method.It puts forward the development strategy of NS Cooperative,providing the reference for the development and research of cooperatives.
