In recent years, China's economy and technology have developed rapidly, meanwhile,the environment of China's enterprises has undergone huge changes, and uncertainty hasbecome the mainstream of enterprise environment characteristics. In such environment theenterprise crisis increased frequently, such as the example of SanLu “melamine incident”,the pharmaceutical industry “poison capsule event”, Liquor-making industry “plasticizerstorm”, Vanke “poison floor event”, all give significant negative impact on relevantbusiness or industry, research on these examples show that the management of enterprisecan't cope with the uncertain environment, which is the main cause of crisis. In suchrealistic background, the purpose of this paper is to discuss how to conduct enterprisecrisis strategic management(ECSM) under uncertain environment, the relationshipbetween uncertain environment and enterprise crisis strategic management ability.This article altogether divides into following six chapters: First chapter brieflyintroduced the research background?the significance, the research method, the content aswell as research status of domestic and overseas. Second chapter introduced the basictheory of uncertain environment, enterprise crisis management and strategy management,prepared for the following analysis of the paper. Third chapter puts forward the standpointthat enterprise should conduct crisis strategy management under the condition that moreand more uncertainties have been shown in the contemporary business environment, thenestablishes the model of ECSM, and conducts detailed theoretical analysis of enterprisecrisis strategic management ability. Fourth chapter firstly expounds that the uncertainenvironment is the root cause of crisis, then gives the theoretical assumptions, and reachthe conclusion that the uncertain environment has positive relationship with enterprisecrisis strategic management ability. The fifth chapter puts forward the counter measuresand suggestions. Sixth chapter is conclusion and prospect?carries on the objectiveappraisal to the full text argument?discovers the insufficiency?waits for continues toimprove?By deep studies, this paper gets the following conclusion. Firstly, enterprise shouldconduct crisis strategy management under the condition that more and more uncertaintieshave been shown in the contemporary business environment. Secondly, the uncertainenvironment has positive relationship with enterprise crisis strategic management ability.
