As the environment becomes more complex and changeable, networked radar is widely used because of its powerful ability to simultaneously perform multiple tasks such as search, tracking, imaging, and recognition of multiple targets. The basis for the network to achieve full play of its multi-task cooperative capabilities is the effective scheduling of radar resources. In recent years, most of the researches on networked radars have focused on the scheduling and allocation of networked radar resources, but the research results basically revolve around target search and tracking while very few attentions are paid to related imaging tasks. Therefore,in practical situations, the network radar's work income is relatively low.By incorporating imaging tasks into the networked radar resource scheduling system, the efficiency of the networked radar can be improved. On this foundation, the conflicts caused by the multi-target and multi-tasking characteristics of the networked radar are more serious. Therefore, this work will adequately combine the networked radar and cognitive technology to deeply study the problem of pulse collision in the adaptive scheduling of networked radar imaging resources. In general, the research work of this article is as follows:1.Through the systematic research of the basic framework of network cognitive radar and its data fusion processing center, become proficient in working principle and key technologies of network cognitive radar.Combined with compressed sensing, then the research and analysis of the imaging resource scheduling of the networked radar is presented, which can provide theoretical bases for subsequent research.2.For the problem of impulse collision in the multi-tasking scenario of networked radar,a reallocate part of the conflicting waveform resources through the redistribution algorithm is developed to reduce the number of impulse collision points according in the view of satisfying the adaptive scheduling of networked radar imaging resources. However, this algorithm still has limitations in raising resource utilization rate and resolving conflicts. To solve this problem,a pre-interleaving algorithm is proposed. The pre-interleaving algorithm allocates resources in advance within the scheduling interval to maximize the use of the remaining idle resource points until the radar system resources are saturated or the scheduling tasks are all completed.Therefor network radar wave resource conflicts are resolved.Experiment results verifies the feasibility of this method. The two indexes of conflict completion rate and resource utilization are analyzed through simulations, which proves the effectiveness of the algorithm in solving the conflict of waveform resources.3.Due to the limited networked radar resource, the radar resource easily reaches the upper limit in a complex multi-task scenario, though algorithm above resolve networked radar resource conflict to a certain extent. Therefore, the other algorithm for scheduling radar resources based on pulse interleaving is proposed. The pulse interleaving algorithm refine the waveform resource to the pulse level and make full use of the pulse resource waiting period.Constrained by time and energy, all radars in the network are uniformly scheduled and allocated.Simulation results show that the algorithm can further solve the pulse collision problem and improve the utilization rate of radar waveform resources in the network.
