Research On Resource Scheduling Effectiveness Evaluation Method Of Phased Array Radar Networking System

Radar has been playing a great role in all kinds of battlefields since the emergence of World War ?,with its unique ability in information acquisition,decision making,target attack and so on.With the progress of science and technology and the development of weapons and equipment in various countries,the battlefield environment and various threats facing the radar are becoming more and more severe.The technology of phased array and the networking technology of radar provide the possibility to solve this problem.For the phased array radar net,work system,the effect of resource scheduling and management is directly related to the effectiveness of the system.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to study the resource scheduling of the phased array radar network system,and to evaluate the overall operational effectiveness of the system from the perspective of resource scheduling.In this paper,the related concepts and technical principles of phased array radar and radar networking system are described in detail.The typical events and related parameters in phased array radar,as well as the typical methods of the operational capability and evaluation of the weapon system are introduced.The research status of resource scheduling and evaluation methods in phased array radar networking system at home and abroad is summarized.Then,the problem of resource scheduling in phased array radar and network system is studied and discussed,including the establishment of task model,single radar and multi radar system scheduling strategy and algorithm.Then,the index system of system comprehensive evaluation is constructed from the perspective of resource scheduling,and the corresponding attributes and numerical operation process are given.Then,according to the characteristics of the phased array radar network system,combined with the characteristics of AHP and cloud theory,the improved AHP cloud center of gravity method is proposed as a comprehensive evaluation method,and the concrete evaluation procedure and process are given.Finally,through the simulation case,the comprehensive evaluation of the resource scheduling effect of the phased array radar network system under different schemes is realized,and the effectiveness of the evaluation method is verified.
