In order to respond to the operational environment and operational requirements,the resource management technology under networked radar system allocates resources in the networked radar system by the radar's data processing center according to an objective function.It plays a vital role in improving the operational efficiency and resource utilization of the networked radar system.At present,the research on the resource scheduling under networked radar system mainly focuses on the target searching and tracking tasks,and does not consider the scheduling problem of the target imaging task,resulting in low efficiency of the networked radar.Therefore,combines the networked radar with the cognitive radar feedback technology,this thesis under networked radar system studies the adaptive scheduling of imaging resources and the multi-target resource scheduling.The main work of this thesis is as follows:1.Aiming at the resource scheduling problem of multi-target imaging tasks under networked cognitive radar system,an adaptive scheduling algorithm for imaging resources of networked radar based on projection fusion is proposed.The algorithm establishes a networked image resource scheduling model based on the target feature results and the 3-D size information fusion as the standard.At the same time,the algorithm adaptively adjusts the time resource demand of the radar according to the imaging quality,and then realizes the adaptive scheduling of the networked radar imaging resources.The feasibility of the method is verified by experimental simulation,but it is also found that the method can not make full use of radar time resources.Therefore,in order to solve this problem,an optimal scheduling algorithm for networked radar imaging resources based on variable scheduling interval is proposed.According to the coherent accumulation time of the target imaging task scheduled by the request and the dynamic change of the radar time resource,the algorithm adaptively adjusts the time length of the scheduling interval.The simulation experiments compare and analyze two performance indicators of scheduling success rate and resource utilization,and verify that the algorithm is more effective in imaging resource scheduling.2.Aiming at the resource scheduling problem of multi-target and multi-task(such as searching,tracking and imaging,etc.)in networked cognitive radar,a priority based multi-functional networked radar resource scheduling algorithm is proposed.Based on target priority,the algorithm establishes a resource scheduling model and solves the model.Simulation verify that the algorithm can achieve multi-target and multi-task scheduling under networked cognitive radar,but at the same time it is easy to cause the loss of target tasks.In order to solve this problem,a multi-functional networked radar resource optimization scheduling algorithm based on maximizing scheduling benefits is proposed.The algorithm expresses the scheduling benefit of the radar to the target task is represented by the weighting of the importance(priority)and validity(time window)of the target task.And then the resource scheduling model is established and solved according to the maximum criterion of scheduling benefits.The simulation experiment compares the scheduling timing chart and performance index of the two algorithms,and verifies that the method can improve the overall performance of the networked radar.
