The Electronic Operation Maintenance System(EOMS)is the main method used by operators in the telecommunications industry to maintain,schedule,and manage various daily production tasks in the enterprise.It can realize the organic connection and integration of network maintenance departments at all levels within the enterprise,allowing Chinese operator companies to schedule and manage services across dimensions to achieve data sharing and successfully solve the problem of "data islands" in various software in the enterprise,thereby Keep up with the current pace of 5G operations.As the core subsystem of the electronic operation and maintenance system-the dispatch management subsystem,it serves as the overall dispatch and command function in the system.It can be process-oriented,make overall planning,and coordinate all aspects of the electronic operation and maintenance system.Let the business of the entire system be completed in order and quality.This thesis studies the needs of the electronic operation and maintenance system of a provincial Unicom company.Among them,the main functions of the system include modules such as login authentication,work order scheduling,work order feedback,historical work orders,and information maintenance.At the same time,the system's nonfunctional requirements such as standardization and safety and performance requirements are analyzed.Secondly,on the basis of demand analysis,this article designs the system as a whole,and uses the B/S architecture as the basis to divide the system into presentation layer,business layer,data layer and basic layer.Third,this article implements the various modules of the system based on frameworks such as Java Spring and Hibernate.In the process of designing and implementing the scheduling management subsystem,the system also adopted SQL SERVER 2012 as the data service support,which effectively solved the practical problems of multi-user concurrency and large data storage in the work process.At the same time,this article introduces the system login authentication,work order scheduling,work order feedback,historical work order and information maintenance module implementation methods and results in detail.At the end of this article,the implementation of the scheduling management subsystem is also tested for related functions.The successful realization of the test case shows that the system is a dispatch management subsystem that meets the needs of a provincial Unicom company and can actually be put into operation.This system was successfully deployed in a provincial Unicom company,which effectively solved the company's operation and maintenance problems,improved the operation and maintenance efficiency,and provided a reference for other similar companies to implement the operation and maintenance system..
