With the rapid development of augmented reality technology in recent years,and the rapid popularization of high-performance,light weight,and high-quality camera-based smartphones,augmented reality systems do not have to operate on headsets or optical instruments as carriers,only Generally only mobile phones can run.This greatly reduces the difficulty of developing an augmented reality system and stimulates the enthusiasm of developers for the development of augmented reality systems.At present,various applications based on augmented reality emerging,but there are relatively few environment-aware applications based on augmented reality.Different from traditional navigation systems,the role of this application is to provide users with a more efficient experience of a variety of information perception of the surrounding environment.This paper first introduces the key technical principles required by augmented reality systems,such as positioning and registration technology,augmented reality visual display technology,human-computer interaction technology and data storage technology,etc.,analyzes the difficulties and mainstream implementation methods of these technologies.The overall architecture of the system is introduced,and the technical solutions applied to each module in the system are specifically analyzed and designed.Then implement the main modules of the system,including(1)positioning engine module,using GPS+Vuforia+gyroscope combination;(2)relevant modules for visual display,such as time and bearing display,basic flat map information display module,Route navigation module,building enhanced information display,etc.(3)Data management module:1)XML-based data storage method,2)Database-based data storage method.4.Human-computer interaction module:1)Button-based interaction module 2)Voice interaction module,etc.It also introduces the implementation ideas and code of some key modules.Finally,tests of key functions are given,and the final implementation results are given.Look into the functions that need to be implemented in the future.
