As a new generation of automatic test system bus standard,AXIe inherits the characteristics of ATCA in power consumption,performance and platform management.It has the advantages of high transmission rate,strong compatibility,large power and strong heat dissipation,and can meet the development needs of high-performance modular instruments.High-speed data acquisition technology plays an important role in the test system and is widely used in radar communication,electronic measurement and other fields.This project mainly takes PCIe bus,one of the two interface technologies in AXIe bus architecture,as the transmission bus,and develops the design of the upper computer software of the high-speed data acquisition system based on PCIe.The main contents are as follows:1.The software specification of axie-2 and the theory of interchangeability of drivers were studied.The driver model of ivi-com in IVI interchangeability technology was used to expand the design of PCIe bus driver,realizing the functional interface function of AXIe high-speed data acquisition and transmission module,and verifying the interchangeability of the instrument.2.Studied the SCPI specification,built the SCPI command set based on AXIe high-speed data acquisition and transmission module,and implemented the SCPI command parser based on PCIe bus by means of associative static command table.3.Studied pc-based instrument program control technology and caching technology,used MFC framework and lua script to develop the design of PCIe high-speed data acquisition system application software and test software based on AXIe framework,and realized the program control operation of AXIe high-speed data acquisition and transmission module.4.Multi-channel ADC time-domain interleave sampling technology was studied.Based on the powerful computing power and storage capacity of PC,a software method was proposed to calibrate the three mismatching errors.The mean estimation method is used to estimate and calibrate the bias and gain mismatch errors.The signal fitting method is used to estimate the time mismatch error,and the non-causal IIR filter is used to interpolate the signal,and the sampling sequence is reconstructed to realize the time mismatch error calibration.To ensure the reliability of the data.The experimental results show that the upper computer software functions normally and stably and can be applied to the AXIe high-speed data acquisition and transmission module based on PCIe bus.
