According to the statistics of the World Health Organization,there are more than 300 million depression patients worldwide.The population of pan-depression in China has reached 180 million,and depression has gradually become a disease that cannot be ignored in life.However,people's understanding of depression is not deep enough,the treatment of depression in China is not ideal,and the medical expenses are high.Under the background,it is still difficult for depression patients to seek medical treatment.Due to the sense of shame,depression patients are more inclined to keep the secrets of illness than to tell relatives and friends,and are more anxious in the daily depression.On the other hand,the treatment period of depression is long,and it is difficult for patients to systematically master common sense knowledge of depression treatment,such as which hospitals to go to,whether there will be sequelae of drug treatment,etc.Therefore,emotional counseling and medical guidance are essential for depressed patients and pan-depressed people.The Depression Institute provides one-stop services for depression patients from medical treatment to relatives' care.To become a bridge between patients and hospitals,to cooperate with one psychology in business to provide services such as talking and accompanying,psychological counseling and medical guidance for depressed and pan-depressed people,to fill the market gap and to popularize depression knowledge to the society at the same time."Director Ren Youbing" is Ren Ke's microblog account number,founder of Depression Research Institute.According to the positioning theory,this paper locates the account number from four steps: analyzing the external environment,determining brand advantages,seeking reliable proof and integrating communication resources.The final positioning result is "one-stop service center for depression cure".Byanalyzing the characteristics of micro-blog platform and investigating the micro-blog usage habits of fans,the appearance,top setting and brief introduction of micro-blog are set up.Through user operation,content operation and activity operation,the purpose of innovation,promotion,retention and transformation is achieved.According to the previous analysis,although there are many fans of the "Director Ren Youbing" account,the interaction is low and the influence is limited.The user operation is based on the user usage scenario to draw up the user portrait and make a new plan for the user,and realizes the promotion,retention and transformation of the user through the subsequent content and activity operation.The content operation undertakes the account location mentioned above,and realizes the account location of "one-stop service for depression cure" with service and accompanying content.The activity operation plans the activities according to different festivals at time nodes,and achieves the purpose of consolidating powder and serving users through the activities.
