Depression is the second largest disease in the world.Facing the increasing number of patients,my country's medical prevention and treatment of depression is still at a low recognition rate.Prevention and treatment work needs urgent attention,and the prevention and treatment of depression has been listed as the focus of national mental health work.As the main battlefield of health information dissemination on social media platforms,studying the specific dissemination of depression information has full positive significance for the prevention and treatment of depression.This article uses the depression information in the micro blog search results as the research object,adopts text analysis and online ethnography research methods for different information aggregation classifications,and specifically analyzes the main source,type characteristics and communication mode of depression information,and Reflected on the problems in the spread of depression on the Weibo platform.Among them,the main sources of depression information in Weibo articles are abundant,personal accounts and medical institution accounts are relatively large,and media attention is low;article types are diverse,and articles of opinion expression dominate the mainstream;articles have a wide range of topics,character cases and science The topic of knowledge popularization is the mainstay,and the discourse style of the article has its own emphasis,which has different communication effects for different groups of people.In Weibo Chaohuan,the main body of information release is roughly divided into three categories,patients with depression.Pay attention to people with depression and super talk hosts;the content needs of information specifically present five types of cognitive needs,emotional needs,personal integration needs,social integration needs,and stress relief needs;the information interaction mode in super talk mainly includes " Two different modes of information dissemination,“weak and strong”.The study also found that there are many problems in the dissemination of depression information on Weibo.For example,marketing information is widespread,which eliminates the authoritative nature of article publishing;the public's stigmatization bias against depression also causes offensive comments on patients.Based on the above research and analysis,the author digs into the causes of the above problems and derives various countermeasures,and proposes countermeasures from the patients themselves,Weibo platforms and other aspects,in order to provide a reference for the dissemination of depression health information in social media.
