In order to improve training management efficiency,achieve effective sharing of resources,An Organization to build and run on-line training An Organization of Integrated Management System in 2014.Since the run for three years,with the support of the Board under the leadership of application training integrated management system was vigorously promoted,and made good use of effects but also exposed some of the original aspects of system design flaws: a complex part of the business process operations may be poor operability;Training Integrated Management System part useless data can not be deleted;system operation page complexity,system-friendliness is poor;the original system part of the business process design defects,decrease part of the training management efficiency,so this issue positive Training is in building integrated management system of background raised.Based on the actual training and management needs of IP Offices,this paper analyzes in detail the theory and technology of training integrated management system development.The article mainly introduces the project background,development technology,and then needs analysis,system design,and system test program design.The system adopts the B/S access mode and uses J2 EE development technology to develop based on the SOA framework.The platform uses Ajax,XML,and HTML5 technologies to achieve flexible and friendly interaction between the system presentation layer and the user.This paper first points out the background ofthe research,and believes that the research of this topic plays an important role in the development of training and the resolution of practical problems.Then analyze the overall business requirements,analyze the system core functions,business processes,functional use cases,user roles,system performance requirements.Then we focus on designing various architectures of the system,which can clearly understand the architecture and technology implementation route,design the system function structure,clarify the functional hierarchy and the relationship between each other,and design the database and function modules in detail.Finally,write Java program code to implement related functions.The focus of this paper is on the three parts of demand analysis,overall design,detailed design and implementation.The paper completely shows the whole process of system construction through UML mappings such as use case diagrams,class diagrams,timing diagrams,and program flow diagrams.The final code implements and tests the related functions.Finally,the program modules such as system portal,training requirement management,resource library management,and report management are implemented.By developing training based B/S structure MVC design pattern integrated management system to achieve One Organization of Training Center as the center,taking into account each city multilayered hierarchical management mode,to further meet the global network by way of training and management training needs of employees,the progressive realization of global integrated management training.Build a comprehensive management system through training system to meet the demand review of operational training in the new situation,ease the problem of insufficient teacher training,to solve the uneven level of instructor training standardsbring inconsistencies,promote the training resources sharing and co-ordination of training records management and reduce training costs.In short,the system built to knowledge based on a system of resource sharing platform,built a mature,advanced and practical training process management system.
