With the progress of information technology and the development of network,China begins to step into the Internet era,and cross-border e-commerce has also developed rapidly,quietly exerting a certain impact on our way of life.Cross-border electricity compared with the traditional trade form,the advantage of the characteristics of the age of the Internet transmission speed,will be a wide range of information spread,not only let drop down operating costs,and make the extension clients worldwide market became more relaxed in recent years,due to the changes of domestic and foreign trade environment,slowing the development velocity of the traditional foreign trade in our country,but cross-border electrical business developed rapidly,and presents the fast growth the tendency,and gradually become a new growth point of foreign trade in our country.There are also some problems behind the rapid development of cross-border e-commerce,so the research on solving the problems of cross-border e-commerce has become particularly important,and the rise of blockchain just brings a new solution.As a decentralized database technology,blockchain is composed of distributed storage,point-to-point transmission,consensus mechanism,encryption algorithm and other technologies,which can provide multi-trust solutions for scenarios such as storage traceability,business collaboration,digital assets and data exchange.Some features of blockchain can play an important role in solving problems of cross-border e-commerce.Therefore,the research on the application of blockchain in cross-border e-commerce can play a positive role in ensuring the healthy and stable development of cross-border e-commerce in China.This paper analyzes the research object with the method of literature research and case analysis.This article first to consult relevant literature to collect the data of cross-border electricity development in our country in recent years,and are summarized data,analysis of China's cross-border electricity development has some of the problems,and it is concluded that cross-border electricity on the overall logistics efficiency is low,the cost of transport is high,long time,the goods in transit damage and leakage problems,difficult to liability was carried out on the causes of the accident.In terms of payment,the efficiency is low,the payment cycle is long,the payment cost caused by hierarchical agents is high,and the technical and management capability of some trading platforms is insufficient,which easily leads to the disclosure of user information and has capital and security risks.In terms of product quality,there are many subjects involved in the transportation process,so the quality of products cannot be guaranteed.The products received by consumers may not be consistent with those on the Internet,and fake products are relatively widespread,which makes it difficult to trace the products.Then it introduces the advantages and core technologies of blockchain and analyzes how these technologies can improve the problems faced by China's cross-border e-commerce.Distributed storage enables the real-time monitoring of products from raw materials to finished products and transportation process.The main body in each link can upload the information to the block chain,and the logistics company can grasp the information in the transportation process and make timely decisions on the situation,which greatly improves the logistics efficiency.Moreover,it makes the after-sales management and accountability of products easier.When problems occur in products,accurate positioning of problem links can be realized,and the main body that causes problems can be held accountable.Direct transactions are possible because of point-to-point transmission,which eliminates the need to go through intermediaries in the process of payment,settlement and clearing,thus avoiding the generation of various fees,and even payment can be delivered to the account in real time without time limitation.After that,the case of Suning blockchain is analyzed to introduce the feasibility of blockchain to solve the problem of cross-border ecommerce.Finally,some Suggestions are put forward for the application of blockchain in China's cross-border e-commerce.
