With the improvement of information technology,all walks of life have developed rapidly,but the education industry lags behind in the process of informatization.Most of them still follow the past education paradigm.Teachers rely on personal experience to judge students and make teaching decisions as if they are blind.For the evaluation of the quality of teaching,it is also based on the students' test results or the evaluation of teachers.The data collection process is cumbersome.Such evaluation lacks systematicity and comprehensiveness.Today,the education situation is complicated.Most of the results are neither practical nor accurate.Today,the hidden value of big data makes it gradually become the focus of attention in all walks of life.The processing technology of big data is also maturing,ushering in the best development opportunities for education.Using big data to comprehensively serve education,using The teaching of evidence allows students to understand their learning situation better,allows teachers to adjust their education methods in a timely manner,and allows the education system to be changed more reasonably.This paper studies and designs a teaching quality monitoring and evaluation method based on big data.It is a dynamic data collection and intelligent analysis based on the learning process and learning effectiveness,which not only ensures the authenticity of the data,but also realizes multidimensional data collection and multi-angle evaluation analysis.The specific research contents are as follows:(1)Research on monitoring methods: Starting from the factors that affect the quality of teaching,this paper studies and designs the monitoring content based on district,county and school levels,and builds a corresponding indicator system based on the monitoring content.Then,based on the determination of monitoring content and indicator system,the monitoring method is determined,and the teaching quality monitoring cloud platform for data collection is researched and designed to realize multi-dimensional data collection and facilitate multi-dimensional analysis of the data.The collected data includes academic performance,teacher teaching process evaluation data,student learning behavior evaluation data and school management quality evaluation data.(2)Evaluation method design: This paper mainly considers the teaching quality evaluation and analysis based on big data,constructs a distributed cluster environment based on Hadoop,proposes a distributed evaluation method,evaluates and analyzes the monitoring modules,and forms teaching quality Evaluation results,this method uses big data to deeply dig out its various hidden influencing factors,to provide scientific decision-making and evaluation for teaching and management,thereby helping education managers to make decisions in universities,reduce teachers' burden and increase efficiency,and truly implement accurate teaching and individualized teaching.In order to verify the feasibility of its evaluation method,this paper selects a part of the experimental data set of a certain area for comparative analysis based on stand-alone and distributed performance.The final experiment shows that the proposed method has good performance in processing big data.
