Teaching quality is the lifeline of a school.The Ministry of Education has issued a document requiring application-oriented undergraduate colleges to focus on the construction of teaching quality monitoring system.At present,domestic colleges and universities are basically carrying out various forms of teaching quality monitoring and evaluation work,but the work mode is still manual,mainly collecting,collating,analyzing and responding to monitoring and evaluation data.The existing problems of low efficiency,narrow scope of monitoring,insufficient intensity of monitoring and low utilization of information make the teaching quality monitoring superficial,having relatively limited effect on teaching quality improvement.With the rapid development of network technology today,using network technology to support the monitoring and evaluation of teaching quality is a necessary means to realize the educational modernization and promote the scientific and standardized teaching quality monitoring management.At present,most of the domestic research on monitoring and evaluation information system of university teaching quality can only realize the monitoring and evaluation of some objects,such as classroom teaching,attendance,examination,graduation thesis,etc.When the teaching process or the related systems of the school change,the system can not adapt to the new changes.Therefore,it is an urgent problem to establish a system that can customize the monitoring and evaluation of business rules freely and realize the monitoring and evaluation of various complex and changeable objects.This paper discusses the construction process of an information network platform for teaching quality monitoring and evaluation in a university in Xi'an,and establishes a network system that can customize the monitoring and evaluation rules freely.Through the investigation and demand analysis of the existing teaching quality monitoring and evaluation business of the school,the system requirements are defined.On the basis of demand analysis,the system structure and function modules are determined.The system information management,teaching quality evaluation,monitoring information management,problem feedback,statistical analysis and other modules are designed and implemented.In the database design of each module,a more flexible database table structure is adopted,which enables users to customize various evaluation and monitoring services,such as supervisors evaluation of teaching,leaderships evaluation of teaching,students evaluation of teaching,teachers peer evaluation of teaching,evaluation of teaching materials,evaluation of teaching data and class attendance monitoring.The statistics and analysis of the evaluation and monitoring records can also be made according to different fields,which reduce the complexity of business logic and database design.The system adopts the user-role-permission design mode to control the user's permissions,allowing the role and the role's functional permissions to be customized freely.Adopting three-tier B/S architecture,the system selects ASP.NET Core framework as the main development technology and SQL Server as the database,and employs Entity Framework Core framework for database operation.The function test and performance test of the system are carried out.The test results show that the teaching quality monitoring and evaluation system meets the design requirements and achieves the expected goals.
