With the development of Internet technology,more and more people use smart phones to handle various matters.In order to meet the needs of different groups of people on the Internet,judicial functional departments at all levels have developed cross-platform public legal service systems that can simultaneously support Web sites and applications.However,the complexity of their system architecture is much higher than that of traditional Web sites.It is also faced with frequent updates and large memory space.At this time,the WeChat applet technology based on the REST architecture can better solve the above problems.WeChat applets are easy to use,have a short development cycle,and implement logical interactions with the server through Ajax requests,which have little effect on the original system architecture.Web services based on the REST architecture style also avoids problems such as large-scale business systems,bloated system architecture,low performance,high complexity,and poor scalability.The paper focuses on the key technologies and development processes involved in the WeChat applet based on the REST architecture.First,according to the business requirements of public legal services,the main class structure of the system and the relationship between classes are analyzed and designed.Utilizing the tables and PL/SQL stored procedures in the Oracle database to achieve the core business functions of the system,simplifying the complexity of the system logic and improving the server-side response speed;secondly,based on the REST architecture theory,using technologies such as Spring,Mybatis,and Json,The data layer,URI resource and RESTful API are designed to realize the interaction between the logic layer of the system core industry and the Oracle database;then the system state flow table is designed according to FSM finite state machine theory,and the state circulation storage process is written,and the request for resources is utilized Realize the state circulation of the business and solve the risk brought by the statelessness of the REST architecture.Finally,use the related technologies of the WeChat applet and the business logic of the public legal service system to design the functional interface of the WeChat applet and use the RESTful interface.Realize the business logic interaction between the applet and the server so as to realize the public legal service WeChat applet based on the REST architecture.According to statistics,after the "Cold Metropolitan Judicial 12348"information platform was launched,it had increased its business volume by 25%compared with that before the Justice Bureau.It had accepted 20,812 online business consultations,had 6,903 online bookings,and applied for 2,730 online applications.The research content of the paper provides a new solution and implementation method for the current "Internet + government service" system,which has a strong reference significance.
